1001Tracklists Top 101 Producers List Unveiled

1001Tracklists has dropped its Top 101 Producers list for this year and dance music fans will see plenty of familiar faces, as well as some new entries, in the highest spots. The world’s leading tracklist database unveiled the fifth installment of its annual rankings on social media Wednesday. Oliver Heldens came in No. 1, followed by Meduza, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and David Guetta, respectively, in the top five slots.

The rankings were calculated by adding up each artist’s “unique DJ support” from October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020. 1001Tracklists defines that as one artist supporting a single track. Tracks became eligible if they had been supported by at least three DJs and were released within the last two years or were first played within that time frame.

Here are the producers who placed in the top 10, along with comments from 1001Tracklists:

“After a remarkable year of releases under his own name and his HI-LO alias, Heldeep Records head honcho Oliver Heldens takes home the crown.”
