The house was first made famous when Architectural Digest did a highlight on the property in 2018. Since then, it’s been a talking point within both the realty and EDM communities. Zedd purchased the home in 2016 for around $16 million, and since added his own personal touches, including a game room, music studio, movie theater, and interestingly enough, a skittles dispenser.

The reason for the sale is unknown, and it has not been revealed where Zedd plans to buy next. As his multi-year Las Vegas residency ramps back up and his tour dates are aplenty, it’s possible the DJ is looking for something more fitting for a traveling artist. Or he may just want to cash in on the profit and search for his next magnificent property.
