The Bali-based producer STAY GOLDEN makes his debut on the iconic All Day I Dream label with a seven-track journey that brings a new, funky, indie dance sound to the All Day I Dream universe. His eagerly awaited debut album, Silent Covenant, explores the invisible connections that shape our lives—the shared moments, memories, and emotions that exist without needing to be spoken.
Speaking about the creative process behind the project, STAY GOLDEN noted, “The strongest connections are often the ones that never need to be spoken. They live in shared moments and the memories we carry with us. Silent Covenant is my way of translating those invisible bonds into music.”
Each track serves as a deliberate step in a larger journey, moving through melodic textures, hypnotic rhythms, and infectious grooves. While the album remains rooted in the emotional sensibility that defines the label, it introduces a distinct, funk-infused indie dance aesthetic with a heightened emphasis on movement and rhythm.
STAY GOLDEN, who first encountered the label at a party in Moscow in 2016, brings a unique background in AR/VR and multimedia to his production work. This experience in creating immersive environments is evident throughout the album, which features collaborations with artists such as Alexey Union, Broken Hill, Kinky Sound, ÜNAM, and ANTICALM. By blending atmospheric qualities with a more dancefloor-focused approach, the artist successfully expands the label’s musical horizons while maintaining the core sense of escape that fans have come to expect.
