Azzecca Releases Hypnotic New Single “Dissolve” On Cosimea

Chicago-born producer and DJ Azzecca returns with her latest single, “Dissolve,” released today via her own Cosimea imprint. A track years in the making, the new release captures the patience and persistence behind one of her most immersive productions to date.

“Dissolve” began as a demo that stayed with Azzecca through years of studio sessions. Rather than abandoning the idea, she repeatedly revisited and reshaped it, experimenting with different forms until the track finally reached the version she had envisioned.

That long creative process is audible in the finished record. Buoyant and full-bodied, “Dissolve” moves between Azzecca’s heady house foundations and kaleidoscopic techno, layering hypnotic textures over a persistent groove that steadily draws listeners deeper onto the dancefloor.

“‘Dissolve’ has been worked and reworked into so many different tracks over the past couple of years. I knew it had potential and found myself coming back to it in every studio session. The wait was worth it and I am so happy with the final result,” Azzecca says.

The perseverance behind “Dissolve” arrives at an important moment in Azzecca’s career. In April, she made her main lineup debut at Coachella, performing on the festival’s Yuma Stage before continuing an increasingly active year with releases on Warehouse Project Records, ATW Records, and Factory93.

She has also spent the year taking her music deeper into the club with her Extended Sessions Tour, a headline run built around three-hour-plus sets, crate digging, sonic exploration, and a renewed connection with the dancefloor.

The journey now comes full circle in Azzecca’s hometown of Chicago, where her Extended Sessions Tour concludes with an official ARC Festival pre-party at Castaways before she takes the stage at The Grid at ARC Festival on Friday. Earlier that same day, Azzecca will host a pop-up DJ set at Pure Green, accompanied by a custom flavor and limited-edition sleeve designs available exclusively on September 4.

With “Dissolve,” Azzecca turns years of experimentation into a record that feels both polished and instinctive—a hypnotic meeting point between house, techno, and the deeper corners of the dancefloor.
