Igloofest Will Wrap Up Weekend 3 With Bass Only Event

Igloofest has been running full steam since January 19, when the festivities started with the headline performance of Flume. Since then, Camelphat, Porter Robinson, Kavinsky, Nora en Pure, and Worakls have all headlined a night in the first two weekends of the festival. Well, we are officially on the verge of the third weekend of Igloofest, and some big names are set to play once again before the Montreal crowd.

First off, Vladimir Cauchemar will perform on Thursday (February 2). Next up will be the electronic duo Bob Moses, who will play a club set on Friday (February 3). Finally, for the final day of Igloofest for the weekend, Black Tiger Sex Machine (BTSM) will headline a bass music night that will be a very special one for the city of Montreal.

As a matter of fact, Saturday (February 4) at Igloofest will have a few performances from artists that come from the region. Obviously, BTSM is a Canadian trio based in Montreal and the label heads Kannibalen Records, but there is also Apashe, who was born in Belgium but is currently established in Montreal, Sam Lamar, and PØPTRT, who also both come from the region. It is also worth mentioning that young American sensation Moore Kismet also makes an appearance in the lineup. The night will showcase a lot of homegrown talent which is always pretty cool to see.

Tickets are still available for the third weekend of Igloofest, which you can buy here. Please make sure to check out the full lineup on the official website for the upcoming weekend, and for all the other shows to come next week.
