Today, that discography gets one track deeper thanks to a tune that he actually created during a production stream mid-pandemic. That tune is none other than the highly-anticipated ‘In The Yuma‘. If you’re an avid Chris Lake fan, this is a song that I’m positive you’ve heard, and most likely have been looking forward to. Without further ado, let’s get to it.

As stated before, In The Yuma is an ID that fans have been waiting for, for quite literally years. ‘In The Yuma’ features vocals from the mysterious Aatig that complement the thunderous production prowess of Chris. When brought together, the resulting madness is nothing short of tech house perfection. This is a track that was inspired by his performance in the Yuma tent at Coachella 2019. When asked about “In The Yuma”, Chris Lake had the following to say:
“The pandemic was a shitty time but great things came from it. It was great to be doing music whilst being live on Twitch in 2020 and one of the best memories I have from that time is making this track. When I finally got around to testing it out live (over a year later) I couldn’t believe how well it worked. I’ve been playing it ever since.”
If you’ve seen Chris Lake at any point since 2020, I’m positive you’ve heard this tune. As someone who’s seen him more than a handful of times since then, I know I have. Chris’ sets are filled to the brim with VIP edits and unreleased heaters. Having said that, it’s a relief to know that he’s finally releasing some of his secret weapons.
