The 2 titans of their respective genres, Alesso and Ty Dolla $ign, have just released their highly anticipated collaboration called ‘Caught A Body‘. The song has been in the works for over a year now and according to Alesso, it has been one of his favorite songs that he’s been producing in recent times.
‘Caught A Body’ was first teased over social media before making it’s festival debut on the biggest stage of them all during Alesso’s mainstage performance at Ultra Music Festival last month. This new collaboration with Ty presents a throwback 90’s house music kind of sound which is different from Alesso’s usual productions and offers a sneak peek in this ability to produce music of all genres. When speaking on the collaboration, Alesso had the following to say:
“It’s something new for me and my sound which is exciting! I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I
do.”
Alesso has collaborated with some of the most impressive artists in the music industry including Katy Perry, Calvin Harris, Anitta, Liam Payne, and now he can add Ty Dolla $ign to that extensive list. ‘Caught A Body’ is definitely a different take on both artists’ usual releases and could be an indicator as to where Alesso’s musical career is headed.
