Above & Beyond celebrated the launch of Anjunabeats Volume 17 with a special one-off pop-up event at London’s 26 Leake Street, transforming the underground venue into a packed, sweat-soaked celebration of the label’s next chapter.
Hosted in front of a limited-capacity crowd of dedicated fans, the event offered a rare opportunity to experience Above & Beyond at close quarters. With the stage surrounded on all sides, fans were close enough to high-five the trio throughout the performance, creating an atmosphere that felt worlds away from the arenas and festival stages they typically headline.
From the opening moments, the energy inside the room was palpable. Fans danced shoulder to shoulder throughout the night, turning the intimate tunnel venue into a euphoric showcase of the Anjunabeats sound today.
Special Guest Appearances and Standout Moments

The night delivered several standout moments, celebrating music from Anjunabeats Volume 17 and beyond. Longtime Anjuna staple Oliver Smith joined the trio on stage to celebrate his fresh remix of the trance classic ‘Fiji’ by Atlantis. Later, station2station stepped in for a special moment, linking up with the group to perform their collaboration ‘Hi-Tech.’
One of the biggest crowd reactions hit during ‘Feel The Vibe,’ the group’s take on the Axwell and Errol Reid classic from 2008. The moment it dropped, the energy in the room flipped instantly. Fans clapped in sync and bounced across the floor, filling the space with pure momentum. The Club Mix of ‘Sailing Off The End Of The World’ landed just as hard, turning into a full-on singalong that created one of the night’s most powerful moments.
First Vinyl Release for Iconic Series
The event marked the official launch celebration for Anjunabeats Volume 17, the latest installment in the iconic compilation series. Following a four-year hiatus, the compilation spans 35 tracks across two mixes, showcasing both longtime Anjunabeats artists and the next generation of talent shaping the label’s future.
Anjunabeats Volume 17 arrives June 5 on digital platforms, CD, and—for the first time in the series’ history—vinyl. The compilation features contributions from PROFF, Jaytech, Ferry Corsten & Marsh, Genix, Grum, and several new tracks from the trio, including collaborations with Justine Suissa, Victoria Horn, and Richard Bedford.
The group continues to expand their global reach following the success of their fifth studio album Bigger Than All Of Us and a landmark North American amphitheater tour that brought their music to over 130,000 fans. They will return to The Gorge Amphitheatre in September for ABGT700, marking the next milestone in their long-running Group Therapy series.
The event will be available via YouTube this Friday. Pre-orders for Anjunabeats Volume 17 are currently available on CD, vinyl, and digital through the Anjuna Music Store.
