This year, DJ Mag will host its Top 100 DJ Awards in-person ceremony at Ibiza’s newest superclub, [UNVRS].
In a historic move, global music magazine DJ Mag will hold the Top 100 DJ Awards in Ibiza. The media brand’s acclaimed awards ceremony invades the party island for the first time on Tuesday, September 30, celebrating its 32nd edition by taking over [UNVRS], the island’s recently opened superclub.
The public-crowned nominations are given to notable DJs and rising stars alike, with categories including Highest Climber, Highest Newest Entry, Outstanding Contribution, Future Star, and the desired title of World’s #1 DJ. These celebrated awards go to those helping shape today’s dance music world, the crème de la crème. In turn, these honors help shape the careers of those who’ve won.
Previous Top DJ winners include 2024 winner Martin Garrix, who has topped the charts five times since 2016. He surpassed 2023’s winner, David Guetta, and is joined by the likes of Armin van Buuren for the most wins overall.
Having this landmark event in Ibiza is a full-circle moment for DJ Mag. For years, the magazine has frequently featured Ibiza’s music scene, venues, and nightlife, so hosting the awards here is more than apropos. “DJ Mag has a long and deep connection with Ibiza, so it is hugely exciting to have the opportunity to bring the Top 100 DJs to the island,” acknowledged Simon Kelly, DJ Mag’s COO.
To do this in such a breathtaking and exciting new venue during its first season will make the night even more special. We can’t wait to witness The World’s No. 1 DJ being unveiled live on stage at [UNVRS] in front of thousands of fans on the dance floor, and the many millions who will be following online.

[UNVRS]’s inaugural year continues to be explosive. It kicked off its opening month by creating residencies with acts like Eric Prydz, FISHER, elrow, and Carl Cox. The former home of Ku Club and Privilege Ibiza, its owners, The Night League, want it to become the world’s first superclub; it’s well on its way.
In addition to a new location, the media brand is doing something different this year, partnering with charity Bridges for Music to help aid their education and empowerment of youth through music initiative. DJ Mag is using its incredible platform and large-scale event to bring awareness to this foundation, and each buyer is given the option to donate to the non-profit with their ticket purchases.
To have your say, voting is now open and runs until September 10. Tickets to this exclusive event are on sale and start at €65 and include a free bus ride departing from San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa. For more details, head to DJ Mag’s official website and keep an eye out for more information.
