Tiësto released a preview of his new track ‘The Business‘. The preview is his newest release in four months and I hope that a multi-track single or EP follows this. ‘The Business’ has more of a generalized EDM feel to it. The target audience feels more widespread than the Tiësto I grew up listening to was.

It feels a bit more new-age for him and commercial to me. Not commercial in a bad way, but commercial in the sense of formula and tone. Who knows what the rest of the track will be like, but I’d hope there’s some of the old Tiësto I know and love in it.
That all being said, I eagerly await to see what the full piece is like. I’m interested to see if the changes I feel are the ones running throughout thematically.
