Shaky Knees Canceled, Will Return in 2021

Georgia Festival Shaky Knees has been unfortunately canceled due to safety and health concerns. The event will not be making a return until 2021. This news comes just a week after Lollapalooza, Ever After, and Coachella was canceled and rescheduled for next year.

Although the festival was set to take place in October, the current pandemic has led to an unforeseeable future for the United States. As cases continue to spike in many states, including Georgia, the return of music festivals becomes farther away. Certainly, in response to the increase of reported cases, Shaky Knees believed it was best to cancel this year’s event.

As the statement states:

“While we are disappointed to share this news, the health and safety of our fans, artists, partners, staff, and community remains our top priority. Our gratitude goes out to the artists and fans who planned to join us this year, and we thank you all for your understanding.”

Shaky knees will be refunding ticket holders who purchased passes directly through the festival. They can expect their money back in at least 30 business days. Ticket holders who already asked for refunds, requests are still being processed.
