Lollapalooza is Hosting a Livestream This Weekend

Chicago music festival, Lollapalooza, will be hosting an official livestream this weekend exclusively on YouTube. Fans from all around the world will be able to take part in the fun while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

Taking place on July 30 – August 2, organizers will be commemorating this year’s canceled event due to COVID-19. For four nights, viewers will be able to watch adored mainstream artists such as Lorde, Future, Imagine Dragons, Khalid, The Cure, and Tyler, the Creator. Many electronic music producers, such as Alison Wonderland, NGHTMRE, Carnage, Boombox Cartel, Louis The Child, and Kaskade, will also be sharing the spotlight.

For the Lolla2020 virtual weekend, Lollapalooza is partnering up with the Arts for Illinois Relief Fund, the Equal Justice Initiative, and When We All Vote. Fans will be able to freely donate to these nonprofit organizations between the days of July 27 – August 2. In addition, Lollapalooza will match up to $10,000 to each organization.
