The Belgian band of brothers that is Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike has teamed up with the Dutch DJ/ Record Producer duo, Bassjackers, once again. This time, it is to remix the iconic song, ‘Happy Together‘, by The Turtles.
If you’re familiar with the tune, you would know it was originally released in 1967. While both groups have come to be known for their progressive house, and big room, this track falls into neither of these categories.
The ‘Happy Together‘ rendition by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike + Bassjackers is actually a hardstyle track. This isn’t too far off from their usual big room style, as big room can trace its roots to the hardstyle genre.
If you love dope remixes, hard 4/4 beats, or just catchy vocals, this track is for you. With a run time of 2:41, this one might be worth listening to a few times on repeat, just to soak it all in.
