Blunts & Blondes Claims Vindication

Earlier this week, Blunts & Blondes took to Twitter to update fans and followers on the rape allegations against him. Back in October, a woman claimed that he had physical relations with her without consent and it took the EDM community by storm. Eventually, the claims turned into the victim pressing charges, giving the police the ability to investigate. After a few months, the investigation ended and the police gave Blunts & Blondes a phone call to give him the final answer.

The results of the Blunts & Blondes investigation

In his phone call with the police, there is information stating that there will be no prosecution over the Blunts & Blondes allegations. Shortly after, the DJ went on Twitter to spread the news to the world. In the Twitter post he says:

“The past few months have been hard for me. People saying stuff about me when they don’t know me. People talking on a situation they don’t know. This girl came out with some bullshit allegation and I lost my livelihood over it. She eventually pressed charges and I have been investigated by the police for the last 3 months. I got a call from the police department this week saying that the prosecution has decided NOT to prosecute. This girl has lied to you, lied to me and lied to the police. I feel a little bit better knowing that my innocence is now proven.”

Soon, followers quickly chose a side in the comment thread, some supporting him and others not believing his innocence. The situation has left Blunts & Blondes trying to grapple with his career and continuing to prove his innocence and character. He continued his announcement in the comment section by saying:

“More information and documents will be released. This is just an update. She deleted every single one of her social medias. I understand some people are still upset but I’m not going to stand by and allow someone to ruin my life over baseless claims. This will be going to court.”

In his next steps, Blunts & Blondes may be returning fire in the courtroom against his accuser. He says “more information and documents on the situation will be released” giving case followers their own way to investigate the situation.

Conclusion

Rape and rape allegations are both very serious matters. They include a lot of investigation and insight to get down to the truth. Importantly, no matter what happens in a past court case on rape. Someone should never be fearful of coming forward about their situation. Everyone needs to be heard and taken seriously.
