Chris Lake Sells Out 40,000 Tickets in LA, Tops 55,000 for June

Chris Lake has officially concluded the most successful headline month of his career. The Black Book Records founder moved more than 55,000 tickets across five sold-out headline performances in New York City and Los Angeles throughout June 2026, cementing his status as a dominant force in the electronic music landscape.

The momentum reached its peak with two consecutive nights at Los Angeles State Historic Park on June 19 and 20. The shows drew a combined 40,000 fans, marking the largest standalone headline engagement of Lake’s career in the city. Presented by Framework and Goldenvoice, the initial date sold out in under 15 minutes, prompting the addition of a second night, which followed suit with a complete sell-out.

This West Coast triumph followed a highly successful East Coast run. Earlier in the month, Lake sold out all three nights of his Under The K Bridge Park takeover in Brooklyn. The June 5-7 series, presented by Black Book Records and The Bowery Presents, saw over 15,000 attendees, representing one of his most significant headline runs in the region to date.

A Milestone Month for Electronic Music

The Los Angeles performances marked Lake’s return to headline the city for the first time since 2022. He transformed the LA State Historic Park into a sprawling open-air dancefloor, featuring support from AYYBO, Ragie Ban, Hot Since 82, and Clüb De Combat.

The cultural impact of the weekend extended beyond the electronic music community. Notably, three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce was in attendance on the opening night, highlighting Lake’s growing crossover appeal and his ability to draw audiences from outside the traditional dance music sphere.

This successful run arrives at a pivotal time for the producer. His debut album, Chemistry, has fueled a sold-out global tour, while his remix of The Chemical Brothers’ ‘Galvanize’ secured a second GRAMMY nomination. Furthermore, Lake was honored at the 2026 International Dance Music Awards during Miami Music Week, taking home accolades for Best Album and Best Remix.

With recent high-profile collaborations alongside Skrillex, Disclosure, and Sammy Virji, Lake continues to maintain a strong presence across diverse segments of the industry. As Black Book Records solidifies its reputation as a premier independent label, June 2026 stands as a definitive milestone in Chris Lake’s artistic journey.
