Lu’ginnae has my attention. Her new track ‘Mental’ is superb and it gives me a late 90s/early 2000s R&B vibe and I am loving it!
Speaking about the track, the singer/songwriter said:
When I heard the guitar riff it reminded me of the type of love I used to see in movies like The Wood, Brown Sugar, and Poetic Justice. I wanted to write a song that captured the romance portrayed in those films.
I think she has done that perfectly and I can’t wait to hear what she comes with next.
