Darcy Winter has a voice that deserves everyone’s attention. Her new single, ‘Don’t Look at Me’ is her first release (which is blowing my mind), and it is magnificent. It was written about the shame and struggle for someone who is an alcoholic/addict and their relationships with their family and loved ones. It’s a song I know many will connect with, and while I have never experienced this, I still find myself getting emotional, and it’s because it’s the way she sings. It’s so beautiful.
