Alex Mali’s Caribbean heritage is shining through her new video, ‘Good Good’.
She taps her Trinidadian and Jamaican backgrounds for the eye-catching Omni Films directed music video. She and her crew dances through the streets of New York with Alex dressed in a proper Carnival costume created by Ebony Iman of Iman Worldwide.
The video really fits the vibe of the track.
Speaking about the visuals, Alex said:
“It’s such a downer that many of us, including myself, will not be attending the Labor Day Carnival or any Carnival this year,” she said. “I truly hope everyone has as much fun at home as we did on set and that it encourages those who haven’t to attend when the world is back in service.”
