Rock and bass music collide on “Burn Them All,” the blistering new collaboration from Micah Martin and OddKidOut, released on July 24. The high-energy single serves as the latest preview of Martin’s highly anticipated debut album, All I Need, arriving November 20.
Spanning 17 tracks, All I Need finds Micah Martin fully embracing the intersection of electronic dance music and rock, punk, and metal. The album showcases the genre-blurring “Rocktronic” sound that Martin has spent the past decade refining, bringing together some of the biggest names in bass music with the heavy influences that shaped his musical roots.
Co-produced by OddKidOut and Shawn Mayer of pop-metalcore band Melrose Avenue, “Burn Them All” immediately establishes the album’s aggressive sonic identity. Crushing guitar riffs collide with relentless jump-up drum & bass rhythms, while Martin’s raw, screamed vocals drive the track with unrelenting intensity. Built for festival stages and mosh pits alike, the single captures the energy of both worlds without compromising either.
Reflecting on the collaboration, Micah Martin shared his enthusiasm for the project:
“This track just screams attitude. It’s the perfect blend of heavy guitar riffs & jump-up DNB. If the movie Fight Club was made today, this track would definitely be in it. It was an absolute honor working with OddKidOut and Shawn Mayer from Melrose Avenue on this track. I feel we all captured the essence of rock and roll with modern drum and bass.”
While “Burn Them All” delivers one of the heaviest moments on the project, it also serves as a mission statement for All I Need. The forthcoming album brings together Martin’s unique musical identity through collaborations with OddKidOut, Flux Pavilion, HIGHSOCIETY, and additional artists, exploring the space where emotionally charged rock songwriting meets the explosive production of modern electronic music.
Speaking about the album as a whole, Martin described it as his most personal work to date: “It’s chaotic, it’s intentional, and it’s the most honest body of work I have ever made.”
With All I Need set for release this November, Micah Martin is poised to deliver his most ambitious project yet. Led by the explosive energy of “Burn Them All,” the debut album promises to showcase an artist pushing the boundaries of modern rock and bass music while solidifying his place at the forefront of one of electronic music’s most exciting crossover movements.
