With new interpretations of “Perfect World” and “Mesmerized”, the internationally acclaimed producers bring two distinct perspectives to Monolink’s third studio album. Following the release of Monolink’s acclaimed third studio album The Beauty Of It All, Berlin-based label Embassy One continues its expansive remix series with two new reinterpretations from internationally renowned artists Colyn and Henrik Schwarz. Building on recent contributions from Yamagucci, Maxi Meraki, Curol and Dirtwire, the series continues to evolve through two new distinct artistic perspectives, each offering a unique lens on the album’s emotional and sonic world.
The first interpretation comes from Dutch producer Colyn, who reimagines “Perfect World” with a deeply immersive and melodic approach. His version unfolds through layered textures, delayed synth movements and evolving harmonic progressions, gradually building into an immensely euphoric and cinematic experience. While remaining anchored in the introspective vocal tone of Monolink’s original, Colyn expands the track’s emotional scale, guiding it into a more expansive and transportive space.
Known for his signature blend of melody and atmosphere, Colyn has established a distinctive sound that sits between house and techno, defined by emotional depth and hypnotic groove. Supported early on by Tale Of Us, he rose to prominence through releases on the Afterlife label, including the widely celebrated Resolve EP.
The second remix comes from internationally acclaimed producer and composer Henrik Schwarz, who reworks “Mesmerized” through a lens shaped by decades of genre-spanning musical exploration. Known for bridging electronic music, jazz and classical composition, Schwarz delivers a reinterpretation defined by subtle detail, expressive depth and a refined sonic touch.
Schwarz’s version of “Mesmerized” draws on an expansive musical language built across more than 250 releases. His ability to move between high-intensity club environments and concert hall settings informs a reinterpretation that feels nuanced, organic and deeply human, offering a fresh perspective on Monolink’s original composition.
