Digital Mirage Postponed In Support of Continuing Protests

Proximity and Brownies and Lemonade postponed a new edition of Digital Mirage. In order to support the Black Live Matters initiative, the online festival changed its date. The festival will take place between 12th and 14th of June

Proximity and Brownies and Lemonade, the companies behind the festival, agreed on a postponement. They share the opinion that it is not the right moment to hold a digital festival. In their opinion, the Black Lives Matter movement and the current state of the country require all the attention and Digital Mirage decided to fully respect the initiative by moving the festival dates.

Digital Mirage’s organization will also spend time educating on the injustices in the country and using their platform to improve the situation. In addition, all the earnings from the festival will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative and Color of Change. It is in fact a great gesture in a difficult moment in the country.

In the first edition of the digital festival, Digital Mirage raised over $300,000 to benefit the Sweet Musicians Relief Fund. However, the lineup for this second edition is even bigger. It includes artists like A-Trak, Baauer, Boys Noize, San Holo, NGHTMRE, Oliver Heldens, or Kaskade. You can register for this event in this link
